Ms Cherry is a highly experienced Clinician, Professor, Author, Mentor, Trainer and Community Educator who has received awards and honors for her community health education efforts. She is the former Assistant Coordinator of Nursing, Georgia Perimeter College.

Ms Neloms is an independent self starter and goal oriented professional with over 30 years accounting experience, twenty years management, ten years healthcare, and nine years human resources experience. She has achieved outstanding awards and recognitions as a top producer in the recruiting industry and holds both CPC and CTS designations.

Robert Andoh, BS, MBA, Co-Chair Finance Committee

Mr. Andoh is an analytical, results oriented professional with more than 30 years of small business development experience.  He is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Additionally he is a published author and has received numerous awards for his work.


T. Benita Wilson Burris,FNP-C, RN, NC-C, DE, CEO 

​Ms. Burris is Founder and Executive Director of 

Health On The Go, LLC and Healthy and Wise, Inc. She

has more than 20 years of clinical and administrative

experience.  She is a health educator and advocate for

children and ​other at-risk and under-served populations.


Donald Garrett, Ph.D., CEO, Chairman of the Board

Nationally recognized as a mentor/trainer and a Certified Business/Executive Coach, Donald is one of the foremost experts in the field of Holistic Behavioral Health Wellness/Treatment.  A pioneer in the field, he has worked with thousands of children, parents, teachers, camp directors, counselors and others to understand the causes and effects of ADHD and bullying.​​

Sarah Jeter, RN                             Fundraising Committee 

Ms. Jeter has more than 42 years of experience as a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Nurse.  She has developed and implemented training courses to educate and train new nurses and staff. During her career, Sarah has received a large number of professional awards for her work.

Runette Flowers, MD, South Dekalb Pediatrics, Marketing Committee

​Dr. Flowers is a highly respected Pediatrician and has served on numerous prestigious boards including the Georgia State Medical Board of Examiners. She is a TV Medical Commentator, Lecturer and Professor who has achieved many firsts.  She has honored with many awards and commendations for her work on the behalf of children.  She currently  serves as Medical Director for a Regional Detention Center.
